Deliver orders in a batch

To print labels you need a laserwriter with full duplex module and correct printing paper on place. The shipping labels layout is based on a three-part double sided label paper. 

Deliver orders in a batch

  • Go to Warehouse (WMS) and click on Fulfill orders
  • In the list you see existing orders that haven't been sent out. Click on Deliver orders to start the delivery. You make your selection of orders in the next step.

Market Which one/which markets you shall deliver orders from. 
Shipping Which one/which shipping methods the orders must have set. Must be chosen 
Date

Here you can choose to deliver out orders from a specific date. The list contains dates where there are laid orders that can't be sent out. Retrieve existing is set as default. 

Priority

In which order you want to retrieve the orders. Oldest first is default. For an example if you have a large amount of orders to send out and choose to retrieve 20 orders in the same time then they are retrieved through this priority 

Group by shipping - If crossed in then the groups are ordered after shipping method in the pick list. 

Tag History Saves and shows earlier shelf spaces you have specified as black resp whitelisted. 
Shelf

Enables to effectively pick by specifying and excluding to pick orders containing products which are on a specific place/shelf in the warehouse. For an example if you have parts of an assortment on distiant part in the warehouse, perhaps above you can choose to take away from delivery's and take existing in their own overall delivery.  

 

Blacklist - Takes away orders in a delivery containing products on specific shelf spaces. (Comma separated to state more) 

Whitelist- Includes only orders in delivery's that contain products on specific shelf spaces (Comma separated to state more)

Limit Setting for how many orders that can max be taken with delivery. 
Serialnumber start Every order in the delivery are assigned a serial number. These serial numbers can for an example represent a compartment in a pack wagon. In these field you can write in which serial number the delivery will start with. The standard is that the last number from the latest ongoing delivery + 1 is used. 
  • When you have made your selection, then click on the button Deliver to start the delivery. In parentheses on the button you will see how many orders that will include.

  • When each order has been processed, then the document will be on place to complete the delivery. If any order can not be completed for any reason, then it will be taken out from delivery. You see a compilation of these in the box Discrepancies.

  • You download the pick list by clicking on the button Item list. In the pick list you can find products sorted after shelf space. If you have taken away an order from a delivery, the product will then be crossed out in the pick list. 
  • You download the shipping documents by clicking on the Documents button in the top bar. The shipping documents contain shipping labels and packing slips for every order. They can also contain return labels and return slips, this depends on how the document is configured.
     

    If you want to get documents for a specific order you click on the Documents button instead on the row for the current order. 

  • When you have downloaded the PDF, you print it and complete the package by sticking on the label and putting in the delivery note. 
  • When the package is done and you feel ready with the package, you complete the delivery by clicking on Deliver. Then the money is drawn from the customers and a order confirmation mail is sent automatically to the customers with information that the order is on it's way.
