In Geins Merchant Center, the grid is a versatile tool that offers you complete control over how you manage your product data. You have the ability to customize the display, sort, filter, and search for products according to your specific requirements. Additionally, you can tailor the grid to your liking by adding or removing columns.

Customizing Columns:

To modify the columns displayed in the grid, look to the upper right corner where you'll find the "Column Options" menu. Here, you can easily add or remove columns to align the grid with your workflow. Furthermore, you can rearrange the order of columns simply by using the drag-and-drop feature.

Filtering Data:

Creating filters in the grid is a straightforward process. Right-click on the column you wish to narrow down, and the grid will instantly transform to display the data you need. Once you've refined your view, you have the option to export this filtered data by clicking the "Export" button. If you prefer to export your entire product catalog, you can achieve this by selecting the "Export All" button. In below example a filter is set to show on the Image column to either show products with images present or missing or either choices.

Choosing Display Preferences:

You can also control how many items are displayed per page in the grid. Locate the dropdown menu in the lower left corner of the grid to adjust this setting. You can choose from options such as 50, 100, 200, 500, or 1000 items per page. It's important to note that selecting a higher number of items per page may result in longer loading times for the grid.
