[Customers](https://support.geins.io/faqs?hsLang=en#customers) # Why can't I log in as a customer via Merchant Center? ## Click on the tab Log in as customer and you'll see all the orders which has been placed by that particular customer After a customer has placed their first order in your shop, an account is automatically created for them. However, the customer must take the necessary steps to choose a password, which will enable you, as the merchant, to log in as that customer.
