User has been locked out of Merchant Center

Sometimes an employee might forget their password for their Merchant Center account which can be easily solved.

If an user enters an incorrect password multiple times, they will be automatically locked out of the Merchant Center.

You can easily unlock the account under Settings > Administrators option in the left menu. Find the user you want to unlock in the list. In the right hand side you'll see a check box which you need to uncheck and press Save. 

The user can click on the Forgot your password? option and choose a new password password. An automated email will be sent to the user with a password reset link.
