How to set a publishing date on a product. This allows you to easily prepare assortments of products for sale.
By adding a publish date to a product, you can determine when it will become visible in your store starting from 00:01 on that day. This feature allows you to easily prepare assortments of products for sale without having to manually activate each individual product when a sale is happening, such as during the release of new collections.
- Place a publish date by going into the product you want to publish and then start with clicking it in as active.
- Click then on Set specific publication date and the date picker to choose a specific date where the product will become visible and able to be purchased in your store.
- Click on Save
In order for the product to be visible in the store, it is important to ensure that all publication requirements are met. Please note that if you have specific Publication requirements configured, they may affect your publishing process.
Placing publish date on a already active product
If you click on save on a product with Active crossed off, you will make it so it's no longer possible to place a date on it. Where active products counts as products you want to be visible in the store and for sale. If you want to place a later date then you need to inactivate the product and save to place a later date.

Information about publish date in Product list
Information about/when a product has/is published can be seen in the product list (Products). Through the two columns, Published and Publication date. If you don't see them in your product list, go into column options and click on them and they will be brought into your product list.
