When an order has triggered either Pending - Unstocked, Pending - Locked or Pending - Filter you have to manually handle and inspect these orders. A red marker can be seen in each of the boxes when an order is pending.
Pending - Unstocked:
An order which contain one or more products that are missing lands under the Pending - Unstocked section. This means that the product is not in stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier. The order will be automatically moved to the Fulfill orders section once the product is in stock. Depending on the initial setup, you may be able to split the order in different shippings. This means that you can ship the products that are in stock and then ship the remaining products once they are in stock.
Pending - Locked:
When one or several orders has an error they end up in Pending - Locked. The errors could be if something went wrong with the payment or a shipping error. You can easily investigate these orders and unlock them by checking out the check box Locked and press save.
Pending - Filter:
Orders which fulfill the criteras you have set under the Order filter functionality will be moved to the Pending - Filter section. This means that the order is ready to be shipped but is locked. You can still handle the order after you have analyzed the reason for the lock and checking out the Locked check box.
Order filter:
You can set up different filters in order to prevent fraud in your shop. You can either target a certain order value or individuals. For example, you can set up a filter that prevents orders with a value higher than 1000 SEK. You can also set up a filter that prevents a certain individual from ordering from your shop. You can also set up a filter that prevents orders from a certain country. Start by naming your filter and then fill in the parameters you want to use. Orders that meet you criterias will be placed under Pending - Filter and can be handled manually after inspection.
