      Generate new password to customers

      When one of your customers has forgotten their password you can easily generate a new one through Merchant Center.

      • Start by going to Customers (CRM) > Customers.

      • Find the customer who wants a new password generated in the list. Then press "Send new password".

      • A pop-up window will appear and gives you the option to send a new password to you customers registered email address. Press "Send" and a auto-generated password will be sent to the customer.
