You can effectively deliver orders in a batch, but it also works well to deliver a single order at a time as is described below.
To print labels you need a laserwriter with full duplex module and correct printing paper on place. The shipping labels layout is based on a three-part double sided label paper.
Deliver a single order
- Go into the current order that shall be delivered
(tips on how you easily find an order here) - To start a delivery for the order you click on fulfill order.
- The delivery is started and then comes in the delivery view (Fulfillment status). When you have started a delivery you will always find them under Fulfillment History in the menu.
If you leave the delivery and want to easily get back to it, you can do it from the order view on the current order by clicking on the Parcel group number that's in the Fulfillment history box.
- When the order has been run through and no obstacles have arose, all the documents will then be available on place to complete the delivery.
- You download the pick list by clicking on the button Item list.
- The shipping documents for the order can be downloaded by clicking on the Documents button. The shipping documents contain the shipping label and delivery note. It can also include the return label and the return slip, this depends on how the document is configured.
At a delivery of an single order you can use both the documents button in the top bar or beside the order in the list, when the document contains the same thing. By a batch of delivery's of many orders, the document you download from the button in the top bar contain the shipping documents for every order.
- When you have downloaded a PDF you print it out and complete the package by sticking on the label and putting in the delivery note.
- When you feel ready with the package you complete the delivery by clicking on Deliver. Then the money will be drawn from the customer and a order confirmation-mail is automatically sent out with information that the order is now on it's way.
- The delivery is now made and the package is ready to be sent out to the costumer.
