# Campaign performance

## Description of the campaign performance information in your campaigns.

Within a campaign, the **Campaign Performance** section displays its progress, showing two metrics: **Demand** and **Revenue**. All amounts are presented excluding VAT.

**Demand -** This represents the total quantity of products that customers were willing to purchase, including both fulfilled orders and any orders that were eventually canceled. The data is based on the *order date*, which indicates when the customer initially placed the order. 

**Revenue -** This refers to the actual sales that occurred, reflecting the orders where products were successfully delivered and paid for by the customers. For revenue, the key date used is the *delivery date*.

| Products sold | Amount of products sold with current campaign |
| --- | --- |
| Placed orders | Amount of laid orders containing products that are included in current campaign |
| TOTAL | Total value the sale made with current campaign  |
| Average margin | Average margin on products sold with current campaign |
| Degree of return | Return rate - Amount of return with campaign / total amount sold with campaign  |
| Average order value | Average order value on laid orders containing products that are included in current campaign.  |
