Is a permanently locked order removed from the orders list and revenue?

A permanently locked order will still be available in Merchant Center, but it will remain locked.
It will appear in statistics under Demand, but not under Revenue.

If you do not want the sales amount to be included in Demand, you can set the prices on
the order to 0.
