How do I make changes in the Language key for currencies?

To make changes in the language key for currencies, for example you want to change the way the currency is presented in the store, EUR to EURO you can easily do so under Administrators > Currencies.

NOTE: The changes take up to 30 minutes to be applied in the storefront
