Perhaps the payment method failed or some postal information is inaccurate. These orders will be flagged in Geins Warehouse (WMS) as **Pending - Locked.**   **![10480765825052](https://support.geins.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported%20images/10480765825052.png?width=187&height=315&name=10480765825052.png)** You'll find a list of orders which has been flagged as locked and you can handle and investigate them one by one. You'll also see a comment column with a short summary on what might have gone wrong.   ![10480765827612](https://support.geins.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported%20images/10480765827612.png?width=688&height=194&name=10480765827612.png) Once you have chosen which order to investigate you will see that the **Locked** checkbox is checked.
